Below is a selection of images from Liverpool's black community,

 Rialto We believe it was taken in the late 1920's. All the children in the photograph are Liverpool born black children. The picture was taken either at St James School or Harrington Board School. Three of the children family names have been identified as Harding, Williams, Davies.
