Our location, just minutes from the motorway network and from the vibrant city centre of Liverpool, makes Aintree an increasingly popular and user-friendly events venue. Our facilities cater for event of all sizes, with rooms to suit a small executive meeting, a product launch or a major conference. We can also offer an expansive exhibition hall, complete with vehicular access and 30 glass-fronted syndicate rooms, overlooking the famous course.

Already looking to the future, Aintree is currently expanding its facilities, which will see two new grandstands built for use in 2007, expanding Aintree's conference capabilities. A new purpose built equestrian centre will be launched in 2007, at the same time as the two new grandstands. It has a 4000 seat capacity with 3700 sq metres of exhibition space.

Road Directions

From the South: Leave M6 at jct 21A and join M62 west. Leave M62 at J6 and join M57 (signposted Southport). Follow signs to races.

From the North: Leave M6 at J26 and join M58. Follow signs to races. From Liverpool/Mersey Tunnel: Follow signs for Preston, then for A59, then signs to races.

Public Transport Directions

Rail
The nearest mainline station is Liverpool Lime Street. It is a five-minute walk from here to Liverpool Central station where you can catch a train to the racecourse. Any train travelling to Ormskirk on the Northern Line will stop at Aintree. Aintree station is immediately across the road from the main entrance to the Racecourse. Air
Liverpool Airport Speke (0151 486 8877) is about a 30 minute drive. Manchester Airport (0161 489 3000) is about a 45 minute drive.
