Feast Al Fresco

Feast al Fresco is a family run high quality outside catering company with a difference. We specialise in spit roasting whole animals at any location and offer authentic traditional Mediterranean barbecues – a unique, mouth-watering experience.

We tailor our services to suit your requirements using locally grown and reared, best quality produce. Meat is all sourced locally from a traditional butcher who specialises in rare and traditional breeds and organically reared meat is an option when available. We grow our own vegetables and, when in season, offer them to you fresh from the garden. Our herbs are hand picked on Mount Olympus, dried in the Greek sun and packed by us. Our desserts are all home-made using the best quality ingredients. Wood and Lump wood charcoal are the only fuel we use for the barbecue – no gas or electricity for cooking!

Our inspiration and origins go back to our Mediterranean patron Artemis, the goddess of the countryside, twin sister of Apollo, and deliverer of the Nymph Daphne from his amorous chase. The spirit of Artemis is alive and well in every feast we organise.

One of our chief assets is our Head Chef, a true descendant of Artemis! With over forty years experience in roasting animals, his enthusiasm for good food and drink is infectious. He makes sure that every feast goes with a swing!
