At Red White Blue we offer a full range of freelance conference / meeting management and logistical services - namely, short or long term support for projects just when required, at very competitive rates.

Our services include logistical & management support for all types of conferences (standalone meetings, advisory boards, symposia, investigator meetings, etc) and include: venue sourcing & contracting, drawing up detailed timelines, event budget proposals & reconciliation, working with design teams for materials - signage & stage set, full delegate & speaker management, travel booking, audio visual provision and full on-site management. A large percentage of the projects we manage are held overseas so we understand the logistical issues involved with that side of the business. Our current client list includes a mixture of public sector, global pharmaceutical organisations and numerous private organisations.
