Chef Patron Paul Askew is renowned for his championing of Merseyside and his determination to place Liverpool firmly on the culinary map. With sea bass caught in Liverpool bay, Bowland beef from Lancashire and iron-age pork belly from the Rhug Estate in Wales, The London Carriage Works presents an outstanding menu.

Being home to the oldest Chinese community in Europe has meant a plethora of Chinese restaurants, a significant proportion of which lie in the citys Chinatown (around Berry Street).
