Overview
This large park is home to the Southport Flower Show but is also worth experiencing the rest of the year. It has lawn areas for ball games and picnics, as well as a substantial children's play area and a minature steam train which runs on weekends, it is also home to the Promenade Bowling Club and has three Crown Greens. The inappropriately named Rotten Row, a lenghty street running adjacent to the park, is believed to be the longest herbaceous border in the UK.
