Walk of Faith

The walk of faith will take you on a journey into the many religious communities and different sites of worship across Liverpool.

These diverse communities have contributed enormously to the past and present of Liverpool. Their legacy includes the wonderful buildings on this trail. There are also community centres, places and of worship and physical expressions in stone of the faith and culture of the people who built them.

2003 saw the first annual Walk of Faith which included hundreds of people celebrating diversity and showing solidarity by undertaking to do the walk of faith together. The Walk of Faith is a collaboration between the Merseyside Council of Faiths, the Liverpool City Council, the Merseyside Police and the people of the region.
