Haydock Park and Aintree Racecourses invite you to celebrate one weekend with two different kinds of races to create a great short break in Liverpool and Merseyside.

Saturday 24th November sees Northwest racing at its best at Haydock Park, St.Helens that features some of racing's biggest stars. Have a day out at the races followed by a great night out in the vibrant city of Liverpool.

Sunday 25th November is when Aintree Racecourse (between Liverpool and Southport) the home of the John Smith's Grand National opens its doors for a family race day full of festive fayre. Watch racing over the Grand National fences then listen to Christmas Carols and tuck into some yuletide delights.

Located in one of the most vibrant regions in the country, the Northwest Racing Masters offers a great opportunity to discover England's North West. It's an ideal time to combine a love of racing with a visit to Liverpool, European Capital of Culture and the rest of the region.
