Intimate internal cabins, each room is encased in American walnut with king size or twin beds, quality bedding and beautifully fitted En - suite bathrooms with huge rose head rain showers. We have writing desks, luggage storage space, open plan wardrobes and secure safety deposit boxes in all rooms.

Every Cocoon room comes complete with all the technical amenities you could need to enhance and unwind during your free time in the city. We have 32 inch LCD televisions, free Wi-Fi internet access and I-pod docking stations in all rooms.

There is an onsite internet cafe which offers breakfast and hot lunches.

The International Inn is committed to Green Tourism and holds a Silver Award accredited by the Green Tourism Awards.

Road Directions

From motorway (M62) take Edge Lane (A5047)
At the end of Edge Lane, turn left and follow road around, bearing to the right along Irvine Street. At first lights turn left and continue as the road bears right.
Turn left at next set of lights and proceed alongside RC Cathedral onto Mount Pleasant, and continue. At traffic lights go straight across on to Hope Street.
At next lights (by the Philharmonic) turn right onto Hardman Street.
First right is South Hunter Street and the International Inn is 20 yards down on right.
Limited Pay and Display Parking is available on the street or multi storey nearby.

Public Transport Directions

From Lime Street Railway Station -15 mins walk or short taxi ride

Exit the Lime Street Railway Station from the side entrance onto Skelhorne St.
Turn left and walk up the hill, continuing up Copperas Hill.
At the main road T-junction turn right onto Russell Street.
Continue along the road as it runs into Clarence Street and then Rodney Street.
At the junction of Hardman Street (HSBC bank on corner) turn left and walk along until the second road on the left which is South Hunter Street.
The International Inn is 20 yards on the right.

From the National Express Depot - 15mins walk or short taxi ride

Exit the Norton Street National Express Depot by the taxi rank and proceed along Fraser Street until the junction with London Rd.
Turn left and walk up to the traffic lights and then turn right onto Seymour Street.
Seymour Street runs into Russell Street.
Continue along the road as it runs into Clarence Street and then Rodney Street.
At the junction of Hardman Street (HSBC bank on the corner) turn left and walk along until the second road on the left which is South Hunter Street.
The International Inn is 20 yards on the right.

From Airport

From the Liverpool John Lennon Airport, take the public bus 80A, 86A or night bus 86N to the city centre.
Ask the bus driver to let you off at the Philharmonic on Hardman St. Bus journey time is 30-40 mins.
Walk 2 minutes down the hill of Hardman St until you come to the Flute pub on the corner of South Hunter St.
The International Inn is 20 yards along on the right.
Alternatively, a taxi would be between £12-£15.
The airport express no 500 bus is slightly quicker but where the bus stops its a 10-15mins walk to The International Inn.
