The International Inn offers award winning, 3 star budget hostel accommodation in the heart of Liverpool's City Centre Cultural Quarter. Developed within a converted Victorian warehouse, the hostel is modern and cosmopolitan whilst still retaining traditional character combined with the latest modern facilities. We have accommodation for over 100 people in multi rooms for 2,3,4,5,6,7,8 and 10 people, plus private double rooms and apartments on site. We have a large Television lounge and games room with leather sofas, pool table, table football, PS2’s, Wii and digital television (free DVD rental!). We also have a large, fully equipped dining kitchen with free tea, coffee and toast on offer 24 hours a day. All our products are fair trade. On site we have a laundry, secure luggage storage, full heating, free wi-fi access, an onsite internet cafe and information desk with details of all local attractions. Bedding is provided and no curfew - open 24 hours a day. Female, male & mixed rooms.

Road Directions

By Car
From motorway (M62) take Edge lane (A5047) to its full length. At the end of Edge Lane, turn left and follow road around, bearing to the right along Irvine Street. At first lights turn left and continue as the road bears right. Take left at next light and proceed alongside RC Cathedral onto Mount Pleasant, and continue. At traffic lights go straight across on to Hope Street. At next lights (by the Philharmonic) turn right onto Hardman Street. First right is South Hunter Street and the hostel is 20 yards down on right. Pay and Display Parking is available on the street.

Public Transport Directions

From From Lime St Station….Leave by the exit onto Lime Street (opposite St Georges Hall) Turn left and walk along Lime Street, past the Adelphi Hotel, continue to the top of the street.At the junction with the church turn left into Hardman St & continue up, through the traffic lights - South Hunter Street is on the left, the is a pizza shop on the corner of the road.

From National Express Coach Station….Exit the coach station onto Norton Street, turn left and walk to the traffic lights and walk onto Seymour Street (continuation of Norton Street). Seymour Street runs into Russell Street. Continue along the road as it runs into Clarence Street and then Rodney Street. At the junction of Hardman Street (HSBC Bank on the corner) turn left and walk along until the second road on the left which is South Hunter Street. The International Inn is 20 yards on the right.

From the Liverpool John Lennon Airport….take the public bus 80A, 86A or night bus 86N to the city centre. Ask the driver to let you off at the Philharmonic on Hardman St. Bus journey time is 30-40 mins. Walk 2 minutes down the hill of Hardman St until you come to the Flute pub on the corner of South Hunter St. The International Inn is 20 yards along on the right. Alternatively, a taxi fare would be between £12-£15.
