Merchant Living currently offers 2 and 3 bed apartments in three properties, two of which are next to each other (Lyndhurst, Erlscote), 3 miles south of Liverpool City Centre in Mossley Hill. In close proximity to Sefton Park and the shops and restaurants of Allerton Road and only 10 minutes from the airport, apartments in either Erlscote or Lyndhurst are second to none.
For real city living with a view, city centre locations will be available soon. Please contact us directly for availability. All apartments can be booked nightly, weekly or monthly.
For long term stays a serviced apartments is fully inclusive avoiding the hassle of paying utility and council tax bills and dealing with tenancy agreements. Everything is provided down to the soap in the bathroom and knives and forks in the kitchen. Towels are changed every day and bed linen every third day much the same as a hotel. All you need is your suitcase.

Road Directions
From City Centre: From the Albert Dock on The Strand proceed towards South Liverpool. The Albert Dock should be on your right. At the first set of Traffic Lights continue onto Lower Parliament Street veering left. Continue on this same road for 1 1/2 miles as it changes from Lower to Upper Parliament Street and then Smithdown Road. Take a right turn onto Greenbank Road. There is Tesco Metro store on the corner of Greenbank Road. Continue on Greenbank Road through one set of traffic Lights onto North Mossley Hill Road. After 30m take the first left onto Elmsley Road. Lyndhurst Road is the second right - an unadopted road. Erlscote is the large white fronted building half way down Lyndhurst Road.
From the Airport: Exiting the airport you will come to a set of traffic lights at Speke Boulevard with Peoples Ford Garage in front of you on the opposite right hand side. Carry straight through the lights onto Speke Hall Road where after 800m you will come to another set of lights with a McDonalds on your left. After 100m veer left onto Springwood Avenue, and continue for 1 mile through 1 set of lights. At the end of Springwood take the right onto Mather Avenue. Continue along Mather Avenue for 1 mile until you see a large Tesco store on your left. At these lights turn left onto Rose Lane. Carry on Rose Lane until you pass Mossley Hill train station on a bridge. Immediately after the bridge turn right into Palmerston Road. Lyndhurst Road is the second road on the right. Erlscote is half way down.
