Mersey View - The Collegiate is a 4 star and family friendly approved serviced apartment located in a Grade II listed building designed by Harvey Lonsdale Elmes, the architect of Liverpool's world famous St Georges Hall. Mersey View - The Collegiate is a luxurious 2 bedroom duplex penthouse apartment, which is a short walk away from the centre of Liverpool with its theatres, museums, galleries, shops, cafes, restaurants, Cathedrals, Beatles museum, amazing live music scene and clubs to name a few.

If you step out on to your private balcony you will enjoy sweeping views of the city and the River Mersey. The Collegiate truly is a home from home holiday experience with much to see, do and enjoy nearby. The complex has its own private, walled garden, a haven in the city.

The rate is per night not per person. Quality cotton bed linen and towels are provided and changed weekly for guests staying more than 7 nights. Guests receive a daily breakfast pack, which includes unless otherwise specified, thick white bread, butter, croissants, preserves, cereals, milk, fresh orange juice, selection of teas, sugar, filter coffee and Douwe Egberts instant coffee. We only use premium brands. By prior arrangement special dietary requirements can be catered for, additional costs may apply.

The apartment comprises of:

Living/Dining Area
This Apartment has one of the best citywide views of Liverpool, with full length windows opening out on to your own private balcony. You will enjoy an open plan living/dining area, which includes solid oak flooring, a flat screen television with integrated freeview and DVD, telephone, Digital Radio/CD player/Ipod docking station, Sky, Broadband Wi-Fi, leather couch and armchair. There is also an oak dining table with four chairs, which looks out on to the balcony.

Kitchen
Fully equipped Urban Splash designed kitchen, including a fridge freezer, cooker, ceramic hob, washer/dryer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and all the cooking utensils and crockery you will need.

Master Bedroom with Dressing Room
A spacious comfortable bedroom with a king size bed, side tables, Ipod Digital Radio Alarm Clock and a click clack sofa bed. You also have a walk in dressing area with mirror, vanity table, stool, hanging space and storage space.

Twin Bedroom
A comfortable bedroom with two single beds, side table, Ipod, Digital Radio Alarm Clock and a wardrobe with mirror.

Family Bathroom
Urban Splash designed fully tiled bathroom with over bath shower, toilet and washbasin.

You also have access to a peaceful inner courtyard with seating area and a designated free car parking space.

We have also provided for your convenience:
- A range of DVDs, CDs and books for across all age ranges and a variety of family games.
- A range of soft toys, games and books for younger children to enjoy. A travel cot and high chair is available upon request.
- A comprehensive information folder, which includes a range of local tourist information including restaurants, theatres, museums, cinema, music, pubs, places to go and see, family and child friendly facilities.
- Quality Egyptian cotton bed linen, towels and a daily breakfast pack. For guests staying more than 7 nights & bedding is changed weekly and towels changed twice a week.
- Iron, ironing board, hairdryer, travel cot, baby bath and thermometer, bottle sterilizer, changing mat, play mat, high chair and child safety gate for the top of the stairs are available in the apartment.
- A designated free secure car parking space.

Travel Directions

From the M62
Leave the M62 and follow the signs for Liverpool City Centre A5058. Continue forward onto the A5047 and at the traffic signals turn right onto the A5038 (signposted Birkenhead, Wallasey).

As you come round the sweeping bend, move in to your right lane. You pass an industrial estate on your right. Head to the traffic lights and turn right on to Shaw Street and turn right again in to College Street North. Park and make your way to the main entrance, where you will be met and given access to the private secure car park.

From Chester
Travelling on the M53 from Chester towards Wallasey/Liverpool you will follow the signs for the Wallasey Tunnel. You will need £1.40 for the tollbooth, some tollbooths are staffed for drivers requiring change.

Proceed through the Wallasey Tunnel and when you exit the Tunnel, head for the signpost Liverpool Dock. Exit and continue forward, heading for the M62. You will drive along Islington, coming to a main set of traffic lights. Turn left on to Shaw Street, you will see The Collegiate on your right, turn and park in College Street North and make your way to the main entrance, where you will be met and given access to the private secure car park.
