The return of the Clipper ’07 - ’08 Round-the-World Yacht Race is a maritime spectacle befitting a great river.

As the world’s fastest, non-professional, yachting race finishes at the entrance to the Mersey, a flotilla of boats will follow the international yachts up the river to a hero’s welcome for all.
