Delifonseca is an independent city-centre neighbourhood restaurant that's passionate about food. Opened October 2006 it has already scooped the Metro's Best Lunchtime Dining Venue in Liverpool 2006 award.
Located on the mezzanine level above a bustling delicatessen, the daily blackboard menu celebrates 'peasant food' where traditional cooking methods combine with quality ingredients such as Welsh Black Beef and Cumbrian Mutton. The menu also features classic deli sandwiches served with the best chunky chips in town, salads and deli platters so suit anything from a decadent three course evening meal, afternoon drink and nibbles or a brisk business lunch.
Vegetarian options are extensive although carnivores will be in heaven!
Booking recommended - especially if requiring a comfy leather booths.
