Haydock Park is the North West’s premier dual-purpose racecourse, boasting an active and energetic year-round racing calendar that includes both flat and jumps fixtures. With 32 top-class racedays in 2010 and excellent facilities, Haydock Park Racecourse is the ideal venue for a fun and exciting day or evening out.
Highlights in the 2010 racing calendar include the Gold Cup on 20th February a race with a prestigious 37 year history, the totepool Swinton Hurdle which is the feature race at the end of Haydock Park’s jump season which takes place on 8th May, the bet365 Old Newton Cup on 3rd July – Haydock’s most popular Summer raceday and the Betfred Sprint Cup on 4th September the feature race of the flat season.
On race days, Haydock Park offers facilities that exceed the needs and expectations of their customers, from the very best in private hospitality suites and restaurants through to four other enclosures, you are sure to find something for everyone. The boxes and luncheon rooms in the Tommy Whittle Stand are the ideal facility for entertaining small parties, while larger parties of up to 400 can be accommodated in the Park Suite. Visitors who wish to dine in a restaurant on race days have the choice of Harry’s Bistro a contemporary dining facility with an exciting atmosphere, The Park Suite – ideal for the discerning racegoer or Colours Restaurant – Haydock Park’s non-viewing restaurant facility situated on the ground floor of the Centenary Stand.

Haydock Park is one mile from the M6 jct 23, giving easy access throughout the North West on the M6, M56, M61, M62, M58 & the A580 road linking Manchester & Liverpool.

The nearest station to Haydock Park Racecourse is Newton-le-Willows on the Manchester (Piccadilly) to Liverpool (Lime Street) line.
