Parts of the existing sandstone church date from 1550 & 1872. It contains C17th wood carvings including a Green Manand ornate pulpit. Lewis Carroll was born in Daresbury in 1832 where his father was vicar from 1827-1843. A memorial window to the author is in the side chapel.
8.30am – 8.30pm every day.Guides available on 13th, 14th, 20th & 21st September, no entry charge.
In the case of coach parties who require a guided tour, booking is requested. Individual visitors are welcome at any time. Times are restricted on a Sunday due to services.
