Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts(LIPA)

Centrally located, LIPA offers a ‘talking point’ venue for any conference, business presentation or performance event, not least because the building is where half of the Beatles went to school. Two main performance spaces are available for hire. Both are equipped with top of the range sound and lighting facilities, supported by technicians, adding a special ambience to any event.

LIPA also has 15 seminar and workshop rooms, suitable for accommodating groups from ten or less to around 40 people. All have plenty of natural light. LIPA is fully accessible for people with disabilities.

LIPA has its own bar and catering facilities and can offer any level of hospitality that users may wish to offer their guests or audiences.

LIPA conference customers have included the BBC, Sky TV, Mencap, Merseytravel, Liverpool Mental Health Consortium and the Cultural Impact Conference for the Commonwealth Games, to name but a few.
