Three brand new Q-Park car parks are providing first class parking facilities for Liverpool’s ambitious shopping, leisure, working and living development in the heart of the city – Liverpool ONE.
Located close to some of the city's best-known landmarks, such as the River Mersey, The Liver Building, Tate Liverpool, ACC Liverpool and the Albert Dock, the car parks are designed and finished to the highest style and quality standards. Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, they are convenient, easy to navigate and particularly safe and secure. Each is generously equipped with state of the art CCTV cameras and staff are on hand around the clock to provide help where needed and ensure smooth operation.
Unique complimentary products and outstanding service make sure that customers enjoy an exceptionally positive experience. 20 baby buggies and 200 umbrellas are available to borrow; a golf buggy can take overloaded or less mobile shoppers to their car; customers can take advantage of shoe-cleaning machines; and staff can help with jump leads and a tyre inflator if needed. In case of emergencies, the car parks also carry a heart defibrillator, with staff fully trained to use it. All three have generous numbers of bicycle racks, disabled parking spaces and parent and child parking spaces.

The ultra stylish Q-Park Strand Street provides 2000 underground spaces. Sited under the spectacular Chavasse Park and serving the new Liverpool ONE shopping and leisure development, the car park’s stunning good looks have been likened to the feel of an art gallery.
Q-Park John Lewis
