Getting to Liverpool by Sea

Mersey FerriesServices between Liverpool (Birkenhead) and Belfast and Dublin are operated by Norfolk Line, and between Liverpool and Douglas by the Isle of Man Steam Packet Company.

 

Travelling on the River Mersey is an excellent way to catch a glimpse of the spectacular and famous waterfront of Liverpool.

Liverpool's new 350 metre cruise liner berth will be completed by spring 2007 allowing cruise passengers direct access onto Liverpool's famous World Heritage Site waterfront at the Pier Head.
