cycle tour TOUR OF BRITAIN FINALE

Liverpool will stage the Tour of Britain's showpiece finale event in 2008. The national cycle race has traditionally ended in London but Liverpool will take the honours to coincide with the city being awarded the title of European Capital of Culture.
