The premier event of the McCain Cross Country Challenge series to be held at Sefton Park and also the European Championship selection trials. The crème of UK athletes compete on a testing and robust course consisting of a number of laps. Ten races ranging from a boys and girls U11 mixed race through to the open senior races for men and women.
