The elegant Yellow Room restaurant has rapidly established itself as a premier gourmet dining destination. Extravagantly furnished with lavish gilt armchairs, the tables laid with crisp white linen, finest crystal and silverware, creating an opulent yet relaxing candlelit ambience. Whilst enjoying an aperitif you can study the menu. An imaginative selection of English and Continental haute cuisine, prepared by our Executive Chef and team, is complemented by a choice of over 100 fine wines from the first-rate cellar.

Your table is yours for the evening; reservations are essential. As an alternative, the Hillbark Grill has a rather more informal and contemporary atmosphere. The menu features a selection of steaks, chicken, fish and hand-crafted burgers, all cooked on our bespoke American chargrill, together with imaginative accompaniments, starters and desserts.
