Liverpool's Public Art Programme

A year-long programme of public art interventions in city centre and neighbourhood locations, including winter lights, pavillions, iconic public art, and 'visible viruses' - creativity transmitted via the city’s transport and parks systems, and urban spaces.

Commissioned from Liverpool Biennial by the Liverpool Culture Company for European Capital of Culture 2008.
