Winter Lights 08-09

Following the success of Ron Haselden's Animal, the Winter Lights project for 2006, artist Franck Scurti was commissioned to propose a second series of Winter Lights and created a Liverpool Jackpot for three Liverpool neighbourhoods in 2007. This year Liverpool will see more of there unique lights appear, making Liverpool's neighbourhood's shine even more brightly.

Part of public art programme, commissioned from Liverpool Biennial by the Liverpool Culture Company for European Capital of Culture 2008.
