YPPT International Conference

The platform event for the Young People’s Participatory Theatre (YPPT) projectwill share ideas, practice and debate issues of significance for the worldwide YPPT sector.

Led by young people itwill celebrate, play and explore new ideas and approaches as well as sharing the results of the YPPT programme to date.

The YPPT programme team and organisers of ‘Contacting the World’ (a biennial international theatre project ) are working together to enhance the experience of others taking part in the ’08 programme.

The aim is to support a more entrepreneurial and innovative culture where young artists and practitioners collaborate across the performing arts, connecting with the wider creative industries here in the UK and abroad.
