Virgin Train

Merseytravel offers a flexible world class transport network which allows visitors to move easily aroundthe region by rail, bus or ferry.

Rail

The easiest and most environmentally friendly way to explore Liverpool City Region is by train. The local rail provider is Merseyrail.

Bus

Bus travel is a green, convenient and cost-effective way to explore our destination.  The bus network is managed by Merseytravel, with two main city centre bus terminals – Liverpool ONE and Queen Square – both with Merseytravel centres manned with helpful staff to provide personal travel advice. Most buses are fully accessible, with various ticketing options ensuring the very best value travel.
