Getting to Liverpool by train has never been easier, with Virgin Trains cutting its West Coast service travel time from London Euston down to just over 2 hours you can enjoy your short break in Liverpool in comfort and style. On average this service runs from London Euston every hour.

Traveling to Liverpool from the UK’s major towns and cities are also well facilitated with a fantastic network linking into Liverpool Lime Street station. Once at Liverpool Lime Street links are also available to other parts of Merseyside through the Merseyrail service which runs the local train network.

The other major station in Liverpool is Liverpool South Parkway, located close to Liverpool John Lennon Airport offering a very frequent service into the centre of Liverpool.

First TransPennine Express provides direct train services to Liverpool Lime Street from Manchester, Leeds, York and Middlesbrough.
