Competition Terms & Conditions
 

  1. Promoter: The competition is organised by VisitLiverpool. Part of Liverpool City Region Destination Partnership. Third Floor, Cunard Building, Water Street, L3 1AH.

  2. Eligibility:
     

    • Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
       

    • Employees of VisitLiverpool, prize partners (Pullman Hotel, Gravity MAX, Ma Boyle's Alehouse & Eatery), their families, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
       

  3. How to Enter:
     

    • To enter, participants must complete and submit the online survey form provided.
       

    • Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries using different email addresses are not allowed.
       

  4. Prize:
     

    • One winner will be selected for each of the prizes.

    • Travel to and from Liverpool, and any additional expenses, are not included.

    • Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.
       

  5. Prize Restrictions:
     

    • Dates of stay in hotel are subject to availability and will be booked in advance.
       

    • Blackout dates may apply, particularly over peak Christmas dates and football fixtures in the city.
       

  6. Winner Selection & Notification:
     

    • One winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries after the competition closes for each of the prizes.
       

    • The winner will be notified within 2 days of the closing date via email address provided.
       

    • If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, the promoter reserves the right to re-draw and award the prize to another entrant. The original winner forfeit any right to the prize.
       

  7. Closing Date:
     

    • Entries must be received by 17 November 11:59pm. Entries received after this time will not be included.
       

  8. Publicity:
     

    • By entering, participants agree that their name and (if applicable) image may be used in promotional material by VisitLiverpool in relation to the competition.
       

  9. Data Protection:
     

    • Personal data supplied will only be used for the administration of this competition and in accordance with VisitLiverpool’s Privacy Policy.

    • Your information will not be shared with third parties unless necessary for prize fulfillment.

  10. General:
     

  • The promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition or substitute any part of the prize if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

  • The decision of the promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

    11. ​Liability

      VisitLiverpool is not responsible for:

  • Incomplete or misdirected entries.
  • Technical issues or delays with social media platforms
  • Any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of participation or prize redemption.

Participants travel at their own risk and are encouraged to follow all public transport and event safety guidelines.
