You know the story. The legendary curse on the Baskerville family leads super sleuth Holmes and his trusty sidekick Watson from Baker Street to the brooding Devonshire countryside.

This is a marvellously madcap retelling of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s classic of mysterious murders on the moors. Anyone who saw The 39 Steps at Playhouse will know they’re in for a treat.

The ensemble cast – five actors playing dozens of characters – is outstanding, in a whodunit like you’ve never seen before.

Clever, lightning fast changes of sets, costumes and accents make this a glorious comic mystery. Hats off to the cast, set and costume designers.

A brilliant, screwball alternative to the Christmas panto. Go see.
