3. Get behind the wheel at the Land Rover Experience 🚗
Take a test drive on their exciting off-road track which superbly showcases the capabilities of the latest Land Rover Discovery Sport and Range Rover Evoque Models. You can also see the cars being made as you take a tour around the manufacturing facilities. Each tour is hosted by a qualified instructor, all of whom have a wealth of knowledge and expertise to provide an unforgettable experience for all.
4. A wild day out 🦁
For an unforgettable day out with the family, take a trip to Knowsley Safari. Kick off your day with a tour of the 550 acre Safari Drive and get acquainted with over 700 wild animals, from baboons to camels, wildebeest to tigers, all from the comfort of your own car.
The drive through lion enclosure is a real highlight of the safari drive while for many visitors the baboons are the stars of the show. Whether up close, on the Baboon Bus or by taking the car friendly route, you’ll get a great view of the monkey madness; the boisterous baboons that have become Knowsley’s trademark. Try out Wakeboarding on the Dock water at Liverpool Wake Park! The fastest growing watersport in the world with over 5 million participants. It’s similar to snowboarding or skateboarding on water, and has become the cool and youthful alternative to water skiing. Wakeboarding is a very easy sport to learn and has an amazing and quick progression ladder for developing and improving!
6. Solve the puzzle of Speke Hall Maze 👀
Lose yourself in the mysterious puzzle of Speke Hall's Maze. Follow the trail and see if you can spot the horses and carts, ploughs and wheatsheaves on your way round! Designed by world's leading maze designer, there are six intertwining routes with 12 gates, 5 bridges, 4 finger mazes, 3 weather vanes and a viewing tower. While you're at Speke Hall, the kids can have a run in the play area or explore the Giant Childe of Hale Play trail or hunt for fairies.
