A 2 day itinerary to help you stay fit and healthy on a trip to Liverpool – along with a couple of treats thrown in for good measure, of course!
Just because you’re on holiday doesn’t mean you can’t stay healthy, especially in Liverpool! We’ve got tonnes of fun things to do, delicious places to eat and even somewhere you can enjoy a bottle of organic beer.
We’ve tried and tested everything below to make sure we’re only recommending you the very best. Lucky you!
SOMEWHERE TO STAY
Raddison Blu is situated in the heart of the city – putting you right in the middle of all the action! Enjoy 4* luxury rooms with stunning views across the River Mersey and waterfront, perfect for giving you that morning motivation.
The best part about this hotel? It’s spa and health club! At your disposal is a gym, swimming pool, spa pool, sauna, steam room and chill out area! You won’t have to step outside to keep fit on your trip – we can’t think of anything better!

BREAKFAST AT DALE STREET EATERY
They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so there’s no room for compromise! We’ve got the perfect place for you to try, Dale Street Eatery. Based on Dale Street (clue in the name), they serve up some of the most delicious breakfasts around.
We recommend: Avocado on rye toast with a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice.

DAY 2

BREAKFAST AT MOOSE COFFEE
Back to Dale Street for breakfast and boy do we have a treat for you! Moose Coffee is a favourite with foodies in the city because of their wild and wonderful creations with dishes such as ‘Might Moose’, ‘Lone Star Moose’ and ‘Fab Five Freddy’. We’re confident a breakfast here will set you up for the day and you’ll DEFINITELY want to return.
Liverpool’s stunning 235 acre, Grade 1 historic park is a site to see – trust us! There’s no better way to get there than by bike. Good job Liverpool is home to one of the UK’s biggest public rental bike services, City Bike. There is a station right outside Moose Coffee which means you’ll be on your way in no time!

It may just influence your lunch decision…

DINNER AT CASTLE ST TOWNHOUSE
You can still eat healthy when on holiday, even at fancy restaurants. 7PM
EXPERIENCE OUR FAMOUS NIGHTLIFE
Okay, one final treat before you go home! Liverpool’s nightlife is legendary, so much so that Rough Guide named it as the third essential thing you should do before you die – pretty epic in our eyes! You could venture down Matthew Street, home of The Beatles.
Or, you could take a trip to The Baltic Triangle which is one of Liverpool’s most upcoming and exciting places. Wherever you decide, you’re in for one hell of night!
And that’s it, your two day, action packed trip to Liverpool COMPLETE! There are lots more things to see and do in Liverpool, so why not stay a little longer, if you like?
