BUDGET: £1000
PEOPLE: 2 Adults
DURATION: 3 Night Stay

When you visit a new city you want to make sure that your accommodation is right for your stay and there are so many places in Liverpool to accomodate for everyone. For this blog we have gone a bit luxury and picked The Hard Days Night Hotel but for some more inspiration check out these other places to rest your head

PRICE: Average £430 for three nights and two people in a luxury room.

If you’re a fan of The Beatles you can't come to Liverpool and not stay in the Hard Days Night Hotel - the world’s only Beatles inspired hotel. Located in the Beatles Quarter, the Hard Days Night offers luxurious accommodation with a Beatles twist.

PRICE: £30.00 (for two people)

Starting your trip off with a big breakfast is super important, you need to get your energy levels up for your packed out visit to the city. We would recommend heading down to Castle St Townhouse for a hearty breakfast on one of Liverpool’s most impressive streets.

  • We recommend: The Townhouse breakfast is a must, you can't go wrong with a full english in the morning and at £11.50 you definitely get your money's worth. If you fancy something lighter then try out their range of eggs just how you like it for around £6.00 and wash it down with a breakfast cocktail.

PRICE: £34.00 (for two people)

You can’t come to Liverpool without going to The Beatles Story! The immersive experience takes you on a journey around the lives and careers of the Fab Four and it’s unlike anything you will have seen before. From the White Room to the the Yellow Submarine and a recreation of the Cavern - it’s like you have stepped back into a piece of history.

  • Top Tip: make sure you check out the Fab4 Store at the end for some Beatles themed gifts.

PRICE: £25.00 (for two people)

Santa Maluco’s pizza menu is perfect for a lunch time snack and the way they serve them is even better. They serve their pizza in Rodizio style which means ‘all you can eat’ so they keep bringing you samples of pizza until you tell them to stop! We don't think you could ever get enough of their pizza though.

  • We recommend: You can buy by the slice or a whole pizza but we would definitely give the Rodizio a go. They have toppings like Mac & Cheese, BBQ Club, Doug Life and What The Duck so it would be a shame to miss out on any of them!

PRICE: £30.00 (for two people)

Liverpool’s most famous landmark is the Royal Liver Building and as of 2019 you can now take a tour up to the top of the building! The tour takes you up to the 10th and 15th floors for you to take in all the history of the building and the stunning views over Liverpool. There’s also a bit of a surprise inside the tower too…

  • Top Tip: Don’t forget your camera for this one, you’re going to want to take some pictures at the top!

PRICE: £40.00 (for two people)

Rosa’s Thai Cafe at The Royal Albert Dock is the first to open outside of London and with a huge reputation and a fantastic menu of authentic Thai dishes you can't really go wrong here for dinner. Pick from noodles, curries, meat off the grill, vegetable options and loads of sides. You’ll be spoilt for choice.

  • We recommend: Pick a few starters, Rosa’s signature butternut red curry, Stir fried aubergine and a couple of drinks and you’ll have a great meal.

PRICE: £50.00 (for two people)

If you’re a gin fan, head over to the Liverpool gin distillery to sample some of their finest gins whilst relaxing in the stunning bar.

If you’re feeling a bit adventurous you can also book onto to one of their tours and gin tasting sessions for £38.50 each.

After that head into Castle Street to see what other bars you can find or check out our blog for some of our top bar picks

PRICE: £20.00 (for two people)

The Georgian Quarter is one of the most beautiful parts of town so it only seems fitting that you should have a stunning breakfast there too. Head down to The Quarter on Falkner Street for breakfast on a cobble stoned street with a view!

  • We recommend: Their Quarter Full Breakfast is so good! You can get the classic, veggie or vegan options too so everyone can enjoy a wonderful breakfast. If you’re not feeling a full english try out a sausage or bacon bap and wash it all down with a cup of coffee.

Have you tried our full Vegan Breakfast yet!? 😋

The best way to spend the morning in Liverpool is with a Beatles tour and there are loads of different ones you can jump on. If you fancy resting your legs grab a ticket to ride on the Magical Mystery Tour. The Magical Mystery bus takes you around all the famous Beatles landmarks from Strawberry Field, their childhood homes, to Penny Lane - you’ll get to see everything!

For something a bit fancy head over to Panoramic 34 for afternoon tea with one of the most incredible views over Liverpool. At 34 floors up you will be able to sit back and relax with sandwiches, scones and a selection of pastries flying high above the Liver Birds. This isn't a lunch you will forget in a hurry.

  • Top Tip: Afternoon Tea here needs to be booked in advance so make sure you prepare for this before your trip to the city to avoid disappointment.

PRICE: £28.00 (for two people)

The British Music Experience is housed inside the stunning Cunard Building on Liverpool’s Waterfront and is a must to visit when in the city. The experience tells the story of British Music through costumes, instruments and memorabilia from some of the biggest British musicians from over the decades. Think the Beatles, Adele, Bowie and Oasis - there is something from everyone's favourite British band in there.

  • Top Tip: Whilst you are there head over to The Museum of Liverpool too. It’s a stone's throw away from the BME and definitely worth a visit. It’s also FREE!

PRICE: £45.00 (for two people)

Mowgli is unavoidable when you come to Liverpool. The Indian Street food restaurant is that good we have two in the city! Head down to Bold Street or Water Street for an evening of fantastic authentic Indian food in a stunning setting. The mouth watering menu makes choosing what to have difficult but whatever you pick you won’t be disappointed. They are famous for their yoghurt chat bombs, Mowgli Chip butty and Himalayan Cheese on Toast - trust us, it’s pretty good!

  • We recommend: If you want to experience an authentic Indian Street food meal we would recommend ordering a Tiffin Box. The chef will choose four different tiers of meat, vegetables and carbs for you to try. Make sure you get the yoghurt chat bombs too!

  • Top Tip: Make sure you try one of their crazy cocktails too. With names like Hotline ting, Ribena Turner and Post Malone you won't have had cocktails like these before.

PRICE: £18.00 (for two people)

Head down to Mother Espresso on Wood Street for a laid back breakfast for your last day in the city. The super cool coffee bar is in the perfect area to grab something to eat and a cup of coffee to go.

  • We recommend: For something a little different we would give the Soft Scrambled Eggs or Shrooms on Toast a go - the simple ones are often the best ones. Make sure you grab a cup of their amazing coffee too.

PRICE: £40-30 (for two people depending on which stadium you go to)

If you’re a football fan then visiting one of our two stadiums should definitely be on your itinerary for your trip. If you’re a Liverpool FC fan then head down to the Anfield Tour to take a look round where the reds play. For something a little lighter head over to Bacaro on Castle Street for some Italian inspired small plates. For £13.95 per person you can choose three small plates from their menu including a Charcuterie Board, Fried Calamari, Mushroom Risotto and Chickpea hummus.

The great thing about Liverpool is that we have so many museums and art galleries for you to explore - in fact we have the most outside of London! Depending on what you feel like looking at we have The Museum of Liverpool, The World Museum, The Walker Art Gallery, FACT, Tate Liverpool, The Merseyside Maritime Museum and loads more.

Nothing beats an afternoon walking round our amazing cultural spaces and taking in everything on display.

Your last meal in the city calls for a feast. Head down to Viva Brazil on Castle Street for all you can eat Brazilian food. Once you are seated, their troop of passadors (meat carvers) move around the tables offering up to fourteen of the finest cuts of meats cut straight to your table. You’re given a double sided disc, green for ‘keep going’ or red for ‘i’ll have a break’ so you can control the service.

PRICE: £15.00 for some drinks and some shows are free!

Ending your trip in the Cavern club - the most famous club in the world - only seems fitting for a visit to Liverpool. Enter into the basement of the club made famous by the Beatles but also frequented by the likes of Queen, Echo and the Bunnymen and Adele.

You never know what is going on down there so just head down and see who might be gracing the stage to relive a bit of music history.

  • Top Tip: Afterwards head down in to Mathew Street to soak up a bit more of The Beatles history.

It’s just another day...
