Stuck for things to do with your Dad on Father’s Day this year? Well we have you covered. Sunday 16th June is the day of the year we get to show our Dads how much we appreciate them and there are loads of places in the city offering special deals to make the day all the more memorable.

From places to eat to things to do we have put together some of the best places to take your dad and the rest of the family for a great Sunday out.

The Florist is going all out for Father’s Day this year. Head to the flower filled restaurant where Dads can enjoy a complimentary pint when you book in your Sunday lunch. You can also treat him to bottomless beer and brunch or try the special Father’s Day edition of their hot sauce on a hanging kebab.

Fredricks on Hope Street is giving your Dad the chance to win a trip to the Laphroaig Distillery in Isla when you treat him to one of their impressive Sunday lunches.

If your dad is a fan of all things nautical and a bit of rum, then head down to Smuggler's Cove on the Royal Albert Dock for a fantastic roast and a complimentary pint for Dad when you book in advance.

Treat your Dad to a special Father’s Day Breakfast at The Club House in Liverpool One. Enjoy bottomless draught pints and a breakfast sandwich whilst doing a bit of dad dancing to the live band. Your Sunday morning is sorted!

If your Dad is a fan of chicken then you must take him along to Yard and Coop on Hanover Street - it’s much better than a pair of socks! If your Dad orders the famous ‘Dirty Bird’, which consists of a pile of chips, cheese sauce, buttermilk fried chicken, bacon, grated cheese and their homemade sauce, then they get a free pint!

Treat your Dad to something special this Sunday and take him down to Gusto on the Royal Albert Dock for a lovely meal out. For one day only they are doing special Tagliata Sirloin Steak and a Calabrian Burger or you can choose from the A La Carte menu or their brand-new Sunday Roast menu. Your Dad will love it.

Head to Ropewalks Bar and Kitchen for afternoon tea with a bit of a twist!

The Maritime Museum Dining Room is offering a special two course Sunday feast this Father’s Day. Take in the historic surroundings of the museum whilst enjoying the specially curated menu with your family. Whilst you’re there you can also do a bit of whisky tasting and sample five whiskys from different regions in Scotland.

The Baltic Market is the perfect place to take your dad if he is a fussy eater. This independent food market has everything you could ask for under one roof; good food, a fully stocked bar and some great music - it’s the perfect day out!

Treat your Dad to a Father’s Day lunch at The Cosy Club in Liverpool One with a burger and a beer for £15! Your dad will definitely appreciate it.

Scandinavian inspired SKAUS will be serving up their version of a classic roast in Camp and Furnace this Father’s Day. They are offering two or three courses depending on how hungry you are so make sure you book now to grab your seats.

Take your Dad down to Love Lane Brewery in the Baltic Triangle for a brewery tour. Not only can you see how they brew their own beer but you can also sample some of them afterwards too! It will make for a great day out.

For the art lovers out there, Tate Liverpool’s new exhibition showcasing the work of artist Keith Haring is opening to the public from June 14th - just in time for Father’s Day. Tickets for this show will be a great gift for the big day.

If your Dad is a fan of football, specifically, Liverpool FC or Everton FC then a trip to their stadiums is a great way to treat your Dad. Book you and your Dad onto one of their tours to experience one of the city’s greatest legacies.

For a day out with a bit of a difference, why not take the whole family out to Knowsley Safari Park to celebrate Father’s Day. For the whole weekend dads can go FREE too!

If your Dad is a bit of a music lover then he’ll love a trip to the British Music Experience at the Pier Head. To top it off, they are letting Dads in for FREE on Sunday. Watch out for the dad dancing though…

There’s nothing like a bit of friendly competition with your Dad and Roxy Ballroom is the best place to head for an afternoon of fun and games. They have a bowling alley, crazy golf, pool tables, table tennis and beer pong so you will definitely find something everyone is good at.
