From the traditional roast to festive small plates, something for the kids, street food markets and brand new restaurants, there are lots of places to enjoy time with your loved ones over beautiful food in Liverpool this Christmas. 

We’ve made a list of some venues with dedicated festive menus or places we recommend you don’t miss, so whatever the occasion you’ll find the perfect option for you. We'll keep adding more venues to visit over the festive period so keep checking back!



Enjoy a three course festive dinner at Ma Boyles this Christmas, for £29 per person. Pick from your favourite main dish served with all the trimmings, accompanied by a tasty starter and a beautiful dessert in the cosey setting of Ma’s.


Get festive with LEAF on Bold Street for their scrumptious three course menu. For £32.95 tuck into beautiful starters, a traditional main and classic Christmas desserts at LEAF’s festive venue.


It’s the season of celebration and the chefs at the new Albert's Schloss have created an Alpine-inspired Winter menu for you to enjoy. With Cook Haus classics and some festive dishes alongside authentic festive smorgasboards, you can’t go wrong here. 


The festive menu at the London Carriage Works is perfect for a Christmas day out. Dine out with their traditional roasts featuring lamb shoulder, butter-roasted turkey or celeriac and mushroom Wellington, served with all the trimmings, sounds perfect!


Dine on the cobbled streets of the Georgian Quarter in The Quarter this Christmas. The special festive menu includes all the classics and they even have a Christmas drinks menu too. Relax in the cosey setting with a winter warmer or a Christmas cocktail. 



Opening on 24 November in the iconic Grade II listed India Buildings, take a trip to Hawksmoor to try their renowned dry-aged steaks and award winning cocktails. Pick your favourite cut, pair it with sides and a sauce and enjoy a beautiful meal in a stunning setting this Christmas. 


The Art School doesn't do Christmas by halves, with many different menus for you to pick from this festive season. Chef Paul Askew and the team have prepared a beautiful Festive Prix Fixe, a Festive Menu Excellence, a Festive Tasting Menu, Art School Cellars Afternoon Tea and special Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve menus too. There’s so much to choose from and it’s all delicious. 


Opening on 23 November, just in time for Christmas, head over to Gaucho to try one of the finest steaks around. Housed in the former Bank of Liverpool, enjoy their carbon-neutral Argentinian steaks with a cocktail for festival celebrations with your friends and family. 


For something a little different head to Lu Ban for your Christmas celebrations. From 24th November you can enjoy their three course Christmas menu which features dishes with a Chinese twist. 


Fazenda have something for everyone across their Rodizio and Non-meat menus this Christmas. With different packages to pick from, tuck into the traditional South American dishes with vegan, vegetarian and pescetarian available too. 


Marco Pierre White at Indigo Hotel are offering a festive menu for you to enjoy this Christmas with the whole family. Their beautiful steaks feature on the menu alongside some traditional classics so there is something for everyone. 


The perfect treat to indulge with friends and family this season, Titanic Hotel Liverpool’s Festive Afternoon Tea features a decadent selection of sweet treats and freshly made finger sandwiches, including mice pies and turkey sandwiches. With the the option to include a glass of Lanson Champagne, this dining experience is sure get you in the Christmas spirit. 


Offering diners the pick of elegant dishes centred around the finest quality, seasonal ingredients, make the yuletide celebrations extra special with a visit to Lerpwl. From an eight-course Tasting Menu for Christmas Eve to an indulgent Christmas Day celebration, including a champagne reception, enjoy a show-stopping a feast of festive favourites while overlooking the rippling waters of the dock.



Casa Italia is one of the most popular restaurants in Liverpool. You can’t go wrong with their authentic Italian dishes and with so much to pick from, there is something for the whole family to enjoy. 


Smoke & Dough at Liverpool ONE is the perfect place to take the kids for something to eat this Christmas. With grilled meats served at your table alongside antipasti for the adults and Bento boxes for younger children, everyone is happy at Smoke & Dough.


Smuggler’s Cove are offering a Christmas menu for the adults with all the classics you love to see and a special kids menu perfect for the little ones. Head over to their venue on the Royal Albert Dock to take in all the festive lights after a tasty lunch. 



Bundobust on Bold Street is the place to go for Indian Street food and this Christmas they are bringing back all the beloved specials. Head over for a festive lunch or night out and sample their Mine Pir Paratha, Sprout Bhajis, Sprout Bhaji Butty, Biryani Balls and Festive Dhal and Rice alongside their usual delicious dishes.


Celebrate Christmas at Tempest on Tithebarn this year with your friends and family. Mix and match their festie small plates for the perfect seasonal get together. With everything from pigs in blankets, to halloumi winter logs, a petite beef wellington, brussels sprouts and bacon and so many more dishes on the menu, you’re spoilt for choice. You can also find the same menu at their sister venue Nova Scotia down the road at Mann Island. 


This Christmas head to one of Maray’s many venues in Liverpool and tuck into their Christmas Mezze and small plates. From their famous Maray Sprouts and Disco Cauliflower to pigs in blankets, carrots & parsnips and loads more, it’s the perfect place for a celebration!


Lunya is well known in the city for their popular Catalunan inspired dishes and this Christmas you can try out their Festive Tapas Banquet with four festive inspired courses for £32.95 per person. They even throw in some hats and crackers too!



If you’re heading out for Christmas celebrations in a large group, Duke Street Market is the place to go. With six kitchens serving up everything from Cuban Street food to Mexican tacos, beautiful steak and tasty Italian, there is something here for everyone. Book your friends and family to dine underneath their Christmas tree. 


You can’t go wrong with a food market and Liverpool largest, GPO is ideal for a family day out over Christmas. With 11 independent kitchens and over 400 dishes to pick from, even the fussiest of eaters will find something to tuck into here. From pizza to fried chicken, Korean Street food, exotic Indian cuisine, a taste of the Med and lots more, you’re spoilt for choice. 


If you’re heading over to Southport for the day, make sure to pop into Southport Market to sample all the tasty delights. There’s 11 different food stalls to pick from and a Market Bar to grab something to drink after a day exploring Southport. 



Liverpool ONE have got a surprise in store this year with a brand new Christmas tree! Head over to Chavasse Park this Christmas to visit their Alpine Village for a drink or two. Enjoy Christmas Karaoke in their cosy Huttes, turn your hand to curling, shuffleboard, prosecco pong and take in all the festive cheer. 


Get all your mates together and head over to Roxy Ball Room for some festive drinks, games and a good time! You can pick from two different packages which include a festive feast menu and drinks for the ultimate Christmas night out.


Head to PINS this Christmas to visit their Alpine Village over three floors of festive fun! The PINS rooftop has been transformed into a timber-clad lodge for serious festive feels. With lots of food and winter warmers on the menu it’s the perfect place to catch up with friends.
