HAWKSMOOR
Ranked as one of the best steak restaurants in the world, Hawksmoor is famous for its charcoal grilled, 35-day dry aged steaks, award-winning cocktails and stunning interiors and you can now experience it all in Liverpool.
Find Hawksmoor in the iconic and beautiful, Grade II-listed India Buildings, a stone's throw from Castle Street, one of the city’s foodie destinations. Inspired by the local history and paying homage to the city’s connection to The Big Apple, you’ll be awed by the beautiful interiors when you visit.
The menu features a selection of their large cuts, perfect for if you’re hungry or for two to share, beautiful steaks with accompanying sauces and a range of mains for if you’re looking for something a bit different. Add your favourite sides and enjoy a delicious meal at this exciting new venue.
Fancy somewhere special for a Sunday Roast, you can tuck into their large joints of meats cooked on real charcoal and finished in the oven to perfection.

GAUCHO
One of the UK’s most renowned steak restaurants, Gaucho has opened in Liverpool, on Water Street in the historic Bank of Liverpool Building. The elegant Grade II listed building is layered with Argentinian details inspired by the essence of Gaucho, with visitors greeted by two large bronze tiger heads where the teeth are polished due to passers-by rubbing them for good luck.
The grand high ceilings, stunning original timber panelling and a beautiful original marble fireplace featuring a carved Liver Bird is the setting for an incredible selection of dishes. Offering carbon-neutral Argentinian steaks, the finest wines and signature Gaucho cocktails all day and into the night there is something for everyone, every day of the week.
Enjoy a weekday lunch menu with lighter dishes perfect for quick dining. Join them every Sunday for bottomless Roast with live music for a Sunday Session. Take a seat at their eight-seater countertop beef bar and dine from their Argentine beef tasting menu or head down late into the night on a Thursday, Friday and Saturday for a party combining modern Argentina and Liverpool for a night of live music and DJs.

ALBERT'S SCHLOSS
Cook Haus and Bier Palace, Albert’s Schloss will call Bold Street Home as they opened just in time for Christmas. With their world-class entertainment and stand out menu influenced by Alpine regions, there is lots to enjoy in the popular venue.
The Anglo-Bavarian designed building is spread across two floors with two bars, a fresh tank Bier system and a Cook Haus dining area where they serve their beautiful bavarian dishes. Highlights include classics like the Schweinshaxe, Schnitzel, Currywurst, Krokettes and kebabs alongside a Sunday lunch service, breakfast and brunch.
Albert's Schloss is now open so make sure you book your table just in time for the festive period.
STOKE
Based on the ground floor of Radisson RED, Stoke is a brand new robata grill restaurant promising to be anything but ordinary. Set in the Grade-II listed North Western Hall next to Lime Street Station, the modern barbecue eatery specialises in organic seasonal dishes and small plates whilst championing the local food and drink scene including beer from Love Lane Brewery, fresh fish from Fleetwood and Lancashire and Cheshire cheese.
With farm-to-table, vegan favourites, sustainable seafood and 50% of the menu being vegetarian friendly, discover the buzzing social scene of the best of Liverpool's local flavours, washed down with craft beers, bio-wines and seasonal cocktails.
