Looking for ideas on where to get pancakes in Liverpool? You're in the right place.

Who doesn't love celebrating Shrove Tuesday with a lemon and sugar crêpe or a giant stack of American pancakes? We certainly do! It’s the only night of the year we can get away with having pancakes for dinner and not feel guilty about it so we’re very excited to indulge.

If you want to celebrate Pancake Day but don’t fancy making your own we have put together a list of some of the best places in Liverpool for pancakes.

Pancakes aren't just for Pancake Day so make sure you check out some of these amazing places the next time you’re in the mood for them!

For just three days only, The Club House at Liverpool ONE will be bringing back their mouth-watering hanging pancake kebabs! That's right, hanging pancake kebabs! The mini fluffy pancakes come American style, Rocky Road or Chocolate Orange flavoured and need to be seen to be believed! Head down this February to try them out.

Head down to Moose Coffee on either Dale Street, Hope Street or Princes Dock and be amazed by their extensive American style breakfast menu which is served all day. The pancakes are a must though, served three high and topped with a selection of your favourite flavours such as maple syrup, blueberries, bacon or chocolate; we bet you will be back for more!

Lock & Key is one of the best places to go on Duke Street for your pancake fix in a very elegant atmosphere. Serving their brunch menu up until 3pm there is plenty of time to grab a stack of American pancakes after a busy morning hitting the shops.

One of Bold Street’s favourite tea shops, LEAF, is another spot we would recommend grabbing a cup of tea and a stack of pancakes whilst out exploring the city. By combining the relaxed setting, huge drinks menu and stacks of classic American pancakes it makes for the perfect place to grab brunch with your friends.

The Vibe is a 100% plant based cafe on Paradise Street offering gluten free pancakes topped with dark chocolate and cherry compote. For one day only they are also bringing banana split pancakes to their menu too!

Established in 1974, Cafe Tabac is a Liverpool institution serving up an amazing menu for the last four decades and of course, pancakes are on the menu! Pop into the little cafe at the top of Bold Street for a stack of fluffy buttermilk pancakes with all your favourite toppings!

PINS Social Club on Duke Street are serving up their fluffy pancakes every day of the week in their lobby. These aren't regular pancakes though, the souffle pancakes are served with Biscoff & vanilla ice cream, Tiramisu, or Banana and Berry compote! A perfect way to start your day.

Albert's Schloss on Bold Street is the perfect place to head for brunch as they have pancakes on the menu! Dig into their fluffy pancakes with a savoury twist of Maple Bacon & Burford Brown Egg or go sweet with Vanilla Berries & Cream, you can't go wrong!

Find Hardware in the old Rapid Hardware store on Renshaw Street and enjoy their amazing brunch menu which includes a beautiful stack of pancakes. Their kitchen is open from 7:30am - 3pm  so there's plenty of time to sit back and relax with a stack of fluffy panckaes toppped with all your favourite toppings including Lotus Biscoff, and Peanut butter.

With a bountiful breakfast menu, visitors to Peaberry this Pancake Day can tuck into a stack of fluffy buttermilk pancakes with a variety of toppings to choose from, including banana, strawberries and Nutella, bacon and syrup for a delightful mixture of sweet and savoury, and many more.

Known for their coffee Bold Street Coffee also do some incredible food, including pancakes! Pull up a chair in their cosy coffee shop and treat yourself to a sack of their fluffy American pancakes.
