Lu Ban Restaurant is set in the heart of the Cains Brewery Village and serves delectable dishes inspired by the Tianjin region of northern China.
Led by Executive Head Chef Dave J Critchley, the stunning restaurant and its four private dining rooms offer a unique dining experience to its guests. With a good range of menus to suit all budgets and appetites there is the perfect experience for everyone.
Accessed through the iconic ‘Guinness’ gates fronting the courtyard at Cains Brewery Village, Lu Ban is a deceptively spacious treasure in this vibrant part of the city.
The main restaurant is stylish and elegant, with comfortable seating and plenty of space. As well as beautiful food, the restaurant serves premium wines, spirits and an impressive choice of cocktails which look as stunning as they taste.
The 4 private dining rooms are The Food Lab, The Wine Room, Tianjin Private Dining Room and the Chef’s Table, and are perfect for celebrating special occasions and group dining. Usually only serving special banquet menus in the private dining rooms, if you book for when weekend bottomless brunch is being served, you can enjoy your bottomless brunch in The Wine Room or Food Lab - a great way to experience a private dining room without a full banquet menu (subject to availability).
There are also special events such as Chinese Afternoon Tea (usually a Sunday date) and regular Sunday Bottomless Brunch hosted by a quality Drag Artist. Check their website for 'what's on'.
Lu Ban is open Thursday to Sunday each week:
Thursday & Friday 2 courses for £25, Bar Menu, Cocktail Menu, Date Night with Steak, Lobster, glass of Champagne and dessert £49 per guest (min 2 guests), Main Menu, Banquet Menus
Saturday Bottomless Brunch - 90 minutes of Chinese food and selected bottomless drinks, including the cocktail of the week £39.50 (tables 12 – 2.30pm)
