The Red Fox, formally The Grange, reopened after extensive renovation work, transforming it into a traditional pub restaurant with open fires, wooden floors, rug and plants and lots of characterful furniture. Come and enjoy a lively yet civilised atmosphere, where locals and visitors alike can enjoy an inviting pub restaurant in this idyllic part of Wirral.
The large bar at the heart of the pub carries 7 cask ales, 7 real ciders, a back bar brimming with over 130 malts and 30 gins to name a few and a decent wine list with some 50 crackers.
The kitchen produces fresh traditional British food with changing seasonal menus, complemented by more exotic influences from other parts of the world - in other words, modern British cookery.
The Red Fox sits in its own amazing grounds. To the rear of the pub you will find spacious raised terraces and a great beer garden, which offers a fine place for a spot of lunch with friends overlooking the landscaped gardens and lawns and countryside beyond.
