He currently leads on the delivery of all projects within the LCRCA Rail Department including the successful completion of Headbolt Lane (£80M), the programme for improving station accessibility, and the development of the latest station Liverpool Baltic (£100M). 

Tony also leads on LCRCA proposals for devolution of the local rail network to ensure LCRCA has greater control over rail stations. 

Also, Tony is the Project Manager for the design and construction of the new Mersey Ferry, the Royal Daffodil.
