Ollie’s story changed abruptly after experiencing a life-changing injury which left him paralysed from the chest down.
Ollie overcame his injury, becoming an international athlete, ski racing around the world. He has run international aid projects to support people with disabilities in poor and developing nations. Currently working with businesses to create psychologically safe workspaces to harness the power of inclusive, diverse teams.
He refuses to be defined by his disability and constantly challenges the perceptions of disability in society, taking part in international challenges and adventures, and working with world-leading businesses.
