Located within the Cable House building on 47 Cheapside (a 5-minute walk from Sir Thomas Street) is an impressive, open plan, deluxe three bedroom apartment. For culture vultures, the city museums are all within walking distance whether its the Walker Art Gallery in St George's Quarter, Museum of Liverpool or the Mersey Ferry on the waterfront or the Merseyside Maritime Museum at the Albert Dock.
The two cathedrals are a little longer of a walk, but still well within walking distance. As is The Philharmonic Hall and Everyman Theatre.

Continue along, passing the Liver Building and the Albert Dock on your right, until it veers left and becomes Parliament Street. Continue uphill, then take a left at the lights onto Great George Street. Continue until you pass Chinatown and take a left at the traffic lights onto Duke Street. Take the first left onto Cornwallis Street. The office is situated on the Cornwallis Street. It is the first block on the right and it is signposted ‘Base’
