About
Set amongst the peaceful tranquillity of an open field landscape, Carr Farm boasts an ideal scenic location.Carr Farm has been run by the Jones family as a full working farm since the 1930’s. By 1982 the Jones children, Dave and Sue, had taken over and gradually the business has been transformed into the modern garden centre you see today.
For a long period there had been a dairy herd on the farm and the courtyard lays testament to this. There was a thriving farm shop, where fruit, vegetables and dairy produce were sold. Indeed to this day, the courtyard remains close to its roots with The Old Barn Butchers and Delicatessen open for the majority of the year.
In the Courtyard there is also Austro Metal an Iron Mongers run by Wolfgang, where he creates bespoke features for your home and garden. Cottage Stoves are a recent addition, supplying a mix of both contemporary and traditional wood burning stoves. You will also find here - Voirrey Crafts which is a long established and fine embroidery centre.
Around the site, you will now find a large Coffee shop serving a huge variety of food all year around and with the outside seating area extending into the Courtyard boasts the ideal environment to relax in. Their Aquatics has also been on site for well over a decade, offering a great wealth of knowledge.
Carr Farm offers a unique shopping experience, with plenty to do all year round and all the plants, gifts and accessories you’ll need to add a touch of inspiration to your home and garden.
They offer free, unlimited stay parking for up to 300 cars all year around.
