DaDaFest Scratch 21 is a festival of embryonic ideas developed at DaDa's Artist Incubation Hub by a new generation of genre-smashing disabled, Deaf and neurodivergent artists, musicians, creatives and theatre makers.
Support this incredible array of talent and be one of the first to experience the works in progress by joining them from 22-28 November as part of Disability History Month.
DaDaFest Scratch 21 will showcase artists across a range of artforms who have been supported by renowned disability and Deaf arts organisation, DaDa. Featured artists include the musicians of the DaDa Ensemble, members of their Theatre Makers programme and all eight DaDa Fellowship holders.
Crucially, it will be an opportunity for the artists to receive your feedback and use this experience to inform and influence future pieces. Whether you're new to DaDa or long-time followers, it's a fantastic opportunity to discover their current work and play a part in the artists' journeys.
The events are open to the general public and all include the option to Pay What You Decide. Venues include Unity Theatre, Future Yard, Make North Docks as well as digital alternatives for you to enjoy the festival from home.
Come along and try something new!
