About

Netball World Cup 2019 is the 15th edition of the premier international netball tournament and will take place in Liverpool from 12–21 July 2019.

Ticket Sales Process Announced

Organisers of the Netball World Cup 2019 have announced an accessible ticket sales process for the tournament that aims to welcome new and existing fans to the event from all over the world.

The tournament – which is to be delivered by Netball World Cup 2019 Limited in partnership with the INF, England Netball, UK Sport, Liverpool City Council and ACC Liverpool - takes place here at Echo Arena Liverpool in July 2019. The event is expected to be in high demand as English fans look forward to a once-in-a-generation home World Cup, with thousands of fans also expected to travel from overseas for the event.

There will be a range of tickets available across the 20 sessions – taking place from Friday 12 July to Sunday 21 July 2019 - including gold, silver and bronze level tickets as well as adult and junior prices.

Tickets start from just £10 for adults and £5 for children, meaning everyone has the opportunity to be part of what is set to be a dynamic and exciting competition.

Further information about the range of ticket prices for each stage of the competition is available on the event website.

This is the third time the quadrennial event has been held in England. The inaugural World Championship took place in Eastbourne in 1963 with the tournament returning to English shores in Birmingham in 1995.

England is proud of its strong netball history; however, the Netball World Cup 2019 is looking to the future and will capitalise on both the growing interest in women's sport in the UK and the increasing importance of interactive media to provide netball fans with a unique experience that will take them closer to the action and their heroines than ever before.

Sixteen teams from across the continents will compete for Netball's ultimate prize. The teams will be selected through both rankings and regional qualifying tournaments and confirmed approximately one year prior to the event. The top six world ranked teams will automatically qualify for Netball World Cup 2019 and they will be joined by the top two teams who qualify from each of the continental regions: Africa, Americas, Asia, Europe and Oceania.

Ticket information will be available from Spring 2018. Join Our Club for more information at http://www.nwc2019.co.uk/our-fans/register/
