BOXPARK Liverpool’s hugely popular ICEBOX is returning this November with its biggest ice rink yet, more space to skate and brand new Skate with Santa sessions, Advanced Bring Your Own Skate sessions and Student Skates, as the venue prepares for another huge Christmas in the Baltic Triangle.
BOXPARK’s ICEBOX rink will be even bigger for 2026, creating significantly more space on the ice and giving guests an even better skating experience throughout the festive season with Early Bird tickets on sale from Wednesday 23rd September and general sale from Friday 25th September.
And in an exciting first for ICEBOX, families will be able to Skate with Santa this Christmas, with special sessions giving little ones the chance to take to the ice alongside Santa himself in the run-up to the big day.
Returning to BOXPARK Liverpool from Monday 16th November,, the expanded rink will once again sit at the heart of a festivities in the venue, alongside incredible street food from the venue’s independent traders, Christmas specials, winter-warming drinks and seasonal entertainment throughout November and December.

First launched in 2024, ICEBOX has quickly established itself as a major part of BOXPARK Liverpool’s Christmas offering, welcoming thousands of skaters over the festive period.
The attraction expanded into the venue’s garden for Christmas 2025 and, following continued demand, BOXPARK Liverpool is taking ICEBOX another step further this year. Increasing the rink will create its most spacious skating experience to date, giving guests more room to enjoy their time on the ice.
Away from the rink, visitors will be able to make a full festive day or night of their visit, enjoying food from BOXPARK Liverpool’s independent street food traders, seasonal drinks and the venue’s signature Home Of The Fan atmosphere.
Alongside Skate with Santa, a packed programme of Christmas entertainment and special events will take place across the festive season, with more details set to be unveiled in the coming weeks.
The expanded ICEBOX will also provide an enhanced setting for group visits and Christmas celebrations, with schools, charities, businesses and corporate groups able to experience the attraction throughout the season.
