From the magic of Christmas to the grandeur of New Year’s Eve, NORD invites you to indulge in the finest traditional holiday fare with a “Travelled British” twist.
Drawing inspiration from the lively and bustling bistros of Scandinavia, NORD is excited to introduce a unique offering, 'Sunday Lunch.' A delightful deviance from the traditional Sunday roasts offered within the city. Executive Head Chef, Daniel Heffy instead offers up a masterfully curated menu of soul-warming Sunday specials, designed for sharing.
Launching on 12th of November, running from 1:00pm to 3:00pm. A Sunday lunch at the effortlessly relaxed Liverpool gem brings together classic British and Scandinavian influences and thoughtfully sourced ingredients from independent and family-run producers.
The experience begins with the option to indulge in the impressive à la carte menu, featuring a rotating selection of delectable small plates. Choices include Callum's black pudding Scotch egg with apple ketchup and pickled celeriac or the Salt Marsh Lamb leg with apricot and endive salad.
Then comes the centrepiece: Sunday Sessions, showcasing the finest whole cuts like Pork neck fillet and Spatchcock (this will change) served with a variety of classic roast sides, such as roasted carrots with saffron aioli and crispy ratte potatoes with Café de Paris butter. These dishes are meant to be shared but are so irresistible that you may not want to!
