Competition Terms & Conditions
 

  1. Promoter: The competition is organised by VisitLiverpool.
     

  2. Eligibility:
     

    • Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
       

    • Employees of VisitLiverpool, prize partners (Titanic Hotel, Maray, Liverpool ONE, participating theatres, Liverpool Christmas Markets), their families, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
       

  3. How to Enter:
     

    • To enter, participants must complete and submit the online entry form provided.
       

    • Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries using different email addresses are not allowed.
       

  4. Prize:
     

    • The prize includes:
       

      • An overnight stay at The Titanic Hotel, Liverpool (based on two people sharing a double/twin room, breakfast included).
         

      • A meal for two at Maray (value/allowance to be confirmed).
         

      • Two theatre tickets (venue and show subject to availability).
         

      • A £100 Liverpool ONE shopping voucher. (To be spent at select stores)
         

      • A £100 drinks voucher for the Liverpool Christmas Markets at St George’s Hall
         

    • Travel to and from Liverpool, and any additional expenses, are not included.
       

    • Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.
       

  5. Prize Restrictions:
     

    • Dates of stay and theatre tickets are subject to availability and will be booked in advance.
       

    • Blackout dates may apply, particularly over peak Christmas dates and football fixtures in the city.
       

    • The prize must be redeemed between 4 and 31 December 2025.
       

  6. Winner Selection & Notification:
     

    • One winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries after the competition closes.
       

    • The winner will be notified by email within 5 days of the closing date.
       

    • If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, the promoter reserves the right to re-draw and award the prize to another entrant. The original winner forfeit any right to the prize.
       

  7. Closing Date:
     

    • Entries must be received by 6 November 11:59pm. Entries received after this time will not be included.
       

  8. Publicity:
     

    • By entering, participants agree that their name and (if applicable) image may be used in promotional material by VisitLiverpool in relation to the competition.
       

  9. Data Protection:
     

    • Personal data supplied will only be used for the administration of this competition and in accordance with VisitLiverpool’s Privacy Policy.
       

  10. General:
     

  • The promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition or substitute any part of the prize if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
     

  • The decision of the promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
