From 12 April 2021, lockdown restrictions will be changed in England to allow for hospitality venues to open their outdoor seating areas for people to eat and drink outside, under the rule of 6 and with table service only.

To help you decide where to head in Liverpool for an al fresco drink or meal, we have made a list of venues in the city that have outdoor seating areas, beers gardens and rooftops perfect for enjoying a drink in the sun. We’ve all got our fingers crossed for some beautiful weather!

Before your visit we would always recommend checking ahead with each venue to make sure they are open and what booking systems they may have in place. For more information on the restrictions currently in place in Liverpool please see our Frequently Asked Questions.

Remember, please be considerate of other people whilst visiting a venue, adhere to their social distancing measures and let the venue know if you can no longer make your booking. We’re a city known for being friendly so let's keep that up and make sure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience.

We'll keep updating this list when more venues announce they are opening.
