To participate in this draw, participants must provide their contact details on the competition form.
Participants must reside in Germany, be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid passport. This promotion is not open to employees of the promoter or any of its affiliated companies, their family, their agents or any other person connected with this competition.
Registrations will be checked to ensure their validity.
Only one entry per person is allowed. Entries submitted on behalf of another person will not be accepted, and joint submissions are not permitted. Incomplete, illegible, misaddressed, or late entries will not be accepted.
No purchase is necessary to participate in this promotion, but internet access is required.
The promotion is open from 00:01am 8 May 2026 to 11:59pm 10 May 2026.
One winner will be drawn at random to receive the prize. All prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and there is no cash alternative.
The organiser reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this promotion without prior notice.
The winner will be notified within two weeks of the draw via the email address they provided to enter the competition. They will be asked to provide further details by email. If a winner does not respond and/or provide other valid information within two days of this notification, or if they decline the prize, a new draw will be held among the remaining valid entries to select a new winner (however, this two-day period may be extended at the sole discretion of the organiser). If a winner declines the prize or does not respond within the specified timeframe, they forfeit all rights to the prize.
The prize will be organised as soon as possible by VisitLiverpool.
