About

Imagine That! Science and Discovery Centre truly is a full day out for all families of children up to 10 years of age.

With 15,000 square feet to explore including our Science, Imagination, Construction and Art Zone (plus our outdoor area when the weather is nice!) there is something to amaze and delight children of all personalities.

Our most popular workshops are our slime, dry ice ice-cream, lava lamps, and fridge magnets but in a typical day you can expect a variety of science shows and up to twenty science and craft workshops delivered by a team of friendly staff, professors and science buskers who just love what they do!

All activities are included in admission and anything you make you can take home (unless you’ve eaten it already !) After taking part in so many activities you may well need to refuel at our on site cafes which offer a wide range of healthy food, scrumptious desserts and delicious drinks and our free from menu caters for all allergies and intolerances.

Located on Wavertree Technology Park, near the end of the M62 and 10 minutes from the city centre Imagine That! is easy to find and also offers free parking. If you haven’t been already come and see for yourself why Imagine That! Science and Discovery Centre is Liverpool’s fullest, funnest day out!
